📍 Location: Lloydminster, AB
🕒 Schedule: 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri (overtime may be required)
Meridian Technical Services is seeking a motivated Technician to join our team in Lloydminster. This full-time, permanent role involves installing and servicing voice & data cabling, wireless networks, VoIP systems, business phones, cellular boosters, and related IT hardware. Training is available for the right candidate.
Install and repair voice, data, and wireless systems
Troubleshoot and maintain structured cabling and IT hardware
Perform high-quality, code-compliant work
Maintain records and documentation
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Follow safety procedures and company policies
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with phone systems (Panasonic, NEC, Toshiba, Mitel) and VoIP is an asset
Knowledge of networking, RF systems, and fiber optic/copper cable installations
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work on ladders or lifts
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable working in industrial environments and outdoors
